Administrators can perform the following actions using 365 Command: (Please click the links for information and how-to instructions)

  • Modify Passwords– Administrators can use this to set/modify account passwords and password expiration options.
  • Create a Shared Mailbox– Administrators can use this functionality to create a shared mailbox that is accessible to a select set of users or groups.
  • Edit Mailbox Permissions– Administrators can use this functionality to grant and/or remove mailbox permissions. Administrators can select the mailbox, users and the type of permissions they want to grant/remove.
  • Edit Folder Permissions– Administrators can use this functionality to grant and/or remove specific folder permissions within a mailbox. As with the previous functionality, administrators can select the mailbox folders, users and the type of permissions they want to grant/remove.
  • Set Mailbox Forwarder– Administrators can use this functionality to set mail forwarding for a mailbox.
