The Maps page provides a visual representation of all the data center locations within the company’s Office 365 account.

How to Access the Maps Feature in 365 Command

  1. Log into Office 365 Command. The Mailbox Details dashboard page appears (Fig.1)
  2. In the horizontal menu on the left side of the page, click Maps (Fig.1).

The Maps page appears (Fig.2). The Maps page is divided into two sections:

  • The top half of the screen contains the map which displays all the current data center locations along with an overview of the number of mailboxes, number of servers, total mailbox items and total mailbox sizes for each location (Fig.2).
  • The bottom half of the screen lists data locations, mailbox count (number of mailboxes in each location),server count (number of servers in each location), item count (number of mailbox items in each location) and total item size in a tabular format (Fig.2).
