The Mailbox Details page contains the Mailbox Details table that allows administrators to view details of all the Exchange mailboxes associated with each Office 365 user in the business. Additionally, administrators can also drill down to view more Exchange mailbox details like email server name, quota information and a mailbox size graph which charts the mailbox size history over the past 30 days.

Mailbox Details Table

The table displays the following information:

  • Email Address– Email address of the Exchange mailbox
  • Last Logon– Date and time the office 365 user logged into the Exchange mailbox
  • Mailbox Size– Size of the Exchange mailbox
  • Item Count– Number of items in the Exchange mailbox
  • Prohibit Receive Quota– Storage quota of the Exchange mailbox. If the percentage amount reaches 100% the user will not be able to send or receive mails.
  • Archive Quota– Archive storage quota of the Exchange mailbox.

Sort Mailbox Details

Exchange mailbox details can be sorted according to the column header. To do so, click the column header by which you want to sort the information. For example: if you want to view Exchange mailboxes in ascending/descending order of Prohibit Receive Quota, click the Prohibit Receive Quota column header (Fig.1). The table rearranges to display accounts in ascending/descending numerical order of Prohibit Receive Quota.

How to View Mailbox Details

  1. Log into 365 Command. The Mailbox Details Dashboard page appears.
  2. In the horizontal menu on the left side of the page, click List Mailbox Details (Fig.1). The Mailbox Details page appears (Fig.1).
  3. In the Email Address column click an email address whose mailbox details you want to view (Fig.1). Alternatively, you can also search for the account by entering the email address in the Enter search terms here text box or navigate through the list by clicking the page numbers at the bottom of the table (Fig.1).

  4. A dialog box appears displaying various details associated with the Exchange mailbox (Fig.2). Click the tabs (Fig.2) to navigate between the sections and view more information. Click Cancel (Fig.2) to return to the Mailbox Details page.
