The Exchange Accounts page contains the Exchange Accounts table that allows administrators to view details regarding the type of mailbox associated with each 365 Command user as well as user-related details. Additionally, administrators can also drill down to view more user details like User Principal Name, Windows Live ID, External Directory Object Id.

Exchange Accounts Table

The table displays the following information:

  • Email Address– Email address of the Exchange mailbox
  • Display Name– Display name associated with the Exchange mailbox
  • Recipient Type– Recipient Type of the Exchange Mailbox (User Mailbox, Shared Mailbox, Office 365 Mailbox etc.)
  • Recipient Type Details
  • Region– Location of the Exchange mailbox

Sort Exchange Accounts Details

Exchange account details can be sorted according to the column header. To do so, click the column header by which you want to sort the information. For example: if you want to view Exchange accounts alphabetically according to Display Name, simply click the Display Name column header (Fig.1). The table rearranges to display accounts alphabetically by Display Name.

How to View Exchange Account Details

  1. Log into 365 Command. The Mailbox Details Dashboard page appears.
  2. In the horizontal menu on the left side of the page, click List Exchange Users (Fig.1). The Exchange Accounts page appears (Fig.1).
  3. In the Email Address column click an email address whose mailbox-type and user details you want to view (Fig.1). Alternatively, you can also search for the account by entering the email address in the Enter search terms here text box or navigate through the list by clicking the page numbers at the bottom of the table (Fig.1).

    A dialog box appears displaying various details associated with the Exchange account (Fig.2). Scroll to view all the details and click Close to return to the Exchange Accounts page (Fig.2).
