The Mailbox Dashboard is the first page that appears upon login and it provides a quick overview of the mailbox environment.

365 Command Navigation Menu (Fig.1)

Allows administrators to navigate through the application and access its various functionality. Use the scroll bar on the left of the Navigation menu to scroll down the menu.

Mailbox Details (Fig.1)

Provides a quick overview of the following mailbox-related details:

  • Total Item Count– Indicates the total number of items in all the mailboxes in the user’s account.
  • Total Mailbox Count– Indicates the total number of mailboxes in the business.
  • Average Mailbox Size– Indicates the average size of the mailboxes in the business.
  • Average Mail Item Size– Indicates the average size of a single message in a mailbox.
  • Total Mailbox Size– Indicates the total size of all the mailboxes in the user’s account.
  • Total Archive Size– Indicates the total size of all the mailbox archives in the user’s account.

Welcome Back Section (Fig.1)

Displays the user name and the type of plan to which the user has subscribed. Also provides a snapshot of the total number of mailboxes and the number of mailboxes created in the last 30, 60 and 90 days.

Top 10 Mailbox sizes last 24 hours (Fig.1)

Provides a user name vs mailbox size graphical display of the top ten biggest mailboxes currently in the account. The information is updated every 24 hours. The View All button links to the List Mailbox details page where the administrator can access more mailbox-related details like Last Logon and Archive Quota. Device Types last 24 hours (Fig.1)

Provides a percentage overview (in a pie chart) of the different type of devices currently in use within the organization.The information is updated every 24 hours. The View All button links to the List All Devices page where the administrator can access more user/device details like Active Sync, Device Model, Device Id. See List All Devices for more details.

Top 5 Email Servers (Fig.1)

Provides a server name vs user percentage overview (in a pie chart) of the number of users in each email server. As indicated by the title, the graph only displays the top 5 email serves and the information is updated every 24 hours.

Top 10 Mailbox sizes last 24 hours (Fig.1)

Lists the top 10 mailbox sizes and the mailbox names. The information is updated every 24 hours. The View All button links to the List Mailbox details page where the administrator can access more mailbox-related details like Prohibit Receive Quota and Archive Quota.
