How to Add an Additional Email Address to a Mailbox or Group
- Click the O365 Exchange General tab (Fig.1).
- In the Additional Email Addresses field, enter the new email address (Fig.1).
- Click Add (Fig.1).

The SMTP tag is automatically added to the newly entered email address (Fig.2). In the next Directory Synchronization, the newly entered email address will be synchronized to Office 365.
